With GDEB, Orr Partners developed operational requirements and process improvement goals for their Coatings Facility, the largest integrated blast and paint facility in the U.S. Incorporating two independently controlled blast/paint cells within one structure allows for coating two submarine sections simultaneously without moving them between the processes, which require closely controlled temperature and humidity levels. This extremely complex project had zero change orders.
