Electric Boat engaged Orr to manage the renovation of their newly acquired, class-A office buildings. The renovated office space houses nearly 3,000 engineering and design staff. The property consists of three attached six-story office towers with approximately 710,000 SF of space and two parking garages.

Orr managed the design and construction of the interior renovation to more than double the previous occupancy of the building. In addition, Orr assisted in move coordination, and studied options for re-use of Electric Boat’s vacated space. The project was delivered on-time and under budget.
