Orr Partners acted as project manager for the planning, design, and construction of a 144,719 SF high-bay manufacturing and assembly building. The project included extensive utility infrastructure improvement, and was performed in close proximity to ongoing operations. With a modified design/bid/ build procurement process and a highly accelerated schedule, the project was delivered on schedule and within budget.
