Orr Partners managed the site selection, design and interior renovation of six GDIT call center locations across the country. Each center includes

• 800 to 1,200 Customer Service Representative seats,
• workstations for up to 400 staff,
• a large common break room and
• multiple training rooms. 

Many sites required major IT upgrades and installations, such as a UPS system to ensure critical customer service calls are not dropped during a power outage.
