Orr managed the interior build-out of this GDIT space consisting of

• hard-wall offices with glass store fronts and systems furniture,
• nine Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) proposal rooms,
• a Security Operation Center,
• 27,000 SF of added SCIF space,
• three separate, secure proposal rooms, each with a secure IT closet,
• workstations with multiple computers and varying classification levels and
• a reception area with multiple conference rooms and pantries.
