GDIT came to Orr when they were consolidating and relocating the headquarters of one division from three different locations to a single facility. The space consists of  

• 50/50 offices and work stations,
• conference and pantry space,
• high density file system,
• 300 SF of SCIF space and
• a 1,200 SF lab/showcase facility which doubles as a backup Network Operations Center.

Orr worked closely with GDIT in two phases to strategically occupy the building, while allowing newly completed spaces to be deployed as needed. Both phases were delivered on-time and under budget.
