Orr Partners managed the development, budget, schedule and procurement of all services and contractors to construct the 360,000 SF class-A office building. Orr Partners facilitated the submission and approval of all entitlements, including the public hearing process and final development plan approval. Orr also managed the brokerage services to lease the building while establishing a new company to provide property management services and staffing for the project.
