Stratford University engaged Orr Partners to provide management, oversight, and coordination of a design-build, interior and exterior renovation of an existing 60,000 SF facility. The project required conversion of an existing furniture store into an education center that includes administrative offices, classrooms, traditional lecture halls, health sciences classrooms, and commercial kitchen areas. Orr’s services included managing the procurement and contracts for A/V, signage, security, and landscaping, as well as furniture contracts and miscellaneous FF&E.
