Orr Partners was responsible for complete project management services from inception through close-out for this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for best-in-class private jets. The project included 280,000 SF of clear span manufacturing space large enough to accommodate two simultaneous lines of jets, 70,000 SF of office place, a central utility plant plus shops, paint and material areas. Orr led the pre-development, due diligence, design, permitting, equipment procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out processes. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
