Orr Partners provided full-service project management services, from inception through occupancy, for the renovation of this 125,000 SF hangar. This state-of-the-art space now includes all necessary utilities, fire protection, an enlarged hangar door and a new crane system. The project also included a two-story lobby addition with new office space, extensive sitework, a new aircraft ramp, and a fuel farm to support the Flight Test mission.
