Orr led the GAC team through the complete design and construction process for this fully conditioned warehouse for spare parts. The warehouse includes one crane bay and 68,000 SF of office space.

To save five months on the schedule, the site work RFP and contract were issued during the design phase. The project achieved LEED Silver certification. Orr’s value engineering efforts produced substantial savings and led to an extension of the initial contract for Phase 2 to include tenant build-out and automation equipment electrical installations.
