On behalf of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Orr Partners provided development management oversight and coordination for the renovation of the RDC III building. Orr’s services included oversight of the

• renovation of approximately 32,000 SF of open and private office work spaces,
• construction of 41,000 SF of new open and private office space,
• construction of 184,000 SF of high tech laboratory space and
• construction of multiple conference areas, break rooms, a kitchen galley, material storage and fabrication shops.
