Orr Partners provided construction management services for the two-story, 100,000 SF tilt-up office building consisting of

• open and hard wall offices,
• a full-service cafeteria,
• an auditorium and
• a highly secure room which houses high density storage with a dry (gas) sprinkler system (FM 200) to store confidential files.
