Orr Partners provided development management oversight and coordination for the RDC II project, including

• design and construction of the core and shell,
• interior build-out,
• clean room and laboratories and
• installation of FF&E, IT and AV.

The office building is part of a two-building complex on approximately 14 acres on GAC’s Campus. Both tilt-up buildings support the ongoing research and development program and were designed to visually integrate into the campus. These buildings were delivered on time and under budget.
