Orr Partners was engaged by the Korean Central Presbyterian Church to manage the design and construction of a 185,000 SF worship facility comprised of

• a 1,700 seat main sanctuary,
• a 400 seat chapel,
• ministry facilities and
• ancillary facilities.

Orr also provided full development management services, which included site plan, due diligence and entitlement (Special Exception) phase.
