Orr Partners developed this 146,000 SF of warehouse condominium space. The project included

• selection of the design team and general contractor,
• procurement of contracting services,
• design review and value engineering,
• implementation and management of design,
• entitlement and permit approvals,
• procurement of permits and inspections and
• on-site supervision of construction.

The development includes two tilt-up concrete buildings, one with 118,250 SF and one with 28,581 SF. Orr also managed the interior fit out for each of the individual condos. The project was delivered on-time and under budget.
