Orr Partners managed the design and construction of a 279,000 SF worship facility comprised of

• a 2,400-seat auditorium, with state-of-the-art broadcast capabilities,
• ministry, classroom and office space, and
• a 2400-car parking garage.

Orr procured design and construction services, managed the permitting process, and facilitated approval of the amended site plan. We also coordinated the implementation of conditions set forth in the previously approved Special Exception Amendment. In addition, Orr managed the renovation of an existing 300-seat cafeteria.
