Orr Partners managed the full interior renovation and conversion of an existing office building into a laboratory and manufacturing facility with

• a BSL-2 lab,
• 6,000 SF of cold storage including -4° and -20° freezers,
• an 8,000 SF clean room, and 
• labs that include an RO/DI water system, compressed air, and vacuums throughout.   

The building was designed as an MSD showcase with a tour path around the labs and clean room. Viewing windows and full height glass walls were installed so guests can see the products and processes without disturbing the environments.
