MBA engaged Orr Partners to provide overnight services for this 230,000 SF build-to-suit Class-A office building and to manage the design and construction of 70,000 SF of interior office space for MBA. The balance of the building, five additional floors of office and 11,071 SF of retail, will be leased by MBA to third parties. The below grade parking includes three and a half levels with 94 spaces. The base building design was revised to incorporate LEED Certification and the building has been certified LEED GOLD by the US Green Building Council.
