Orr Partners was engaged to manage Orbis’s renovation and downsizing of existing space as part of their lease extension. The space was completely reconfigured to be more efficient and align with Orbis’s contract requirements on a tight budget. The existing LAN Room had to remain operational until all circuits could be moved to the new LAN Room, which Orr closely coordinated over a 24-hour period to avoid downtime. Working with the project team, Orr delivered the project three months ahead of the lease deadline.
