Orr managed Philanthropy Roundtable’s relocation to a new office within the same building. The new space combines private offices with open layout workstations that include sit-stand desks and writable white walls. Various collaboration spaces were created, including huddle and conference rooms, various sized gathering tables, and a large pantry with banquettes, coffee tables, and island seating. For quiet space, employees have access to a wellness room, an anti-space with a coffee bar and soft seating, and a library with lounge seating, Despite its scheduled date being prior to the planned completion, Philanthropy Roundtable want to hold their Annual Board Meeting in the new space. Orr was able to improve the schedule, without raising the budget, to allow an earlier move-in date.
