Orr Partners provided construction management services for the expansion and renovation of an existing birthing center comprised of a 29,000 SF addition and the renovation of the existing 18,000 SF center. The addition included a new reception area with an information center, new private postpartum rooms, and a new state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
