The MSNV project included renovating an existing school, site work, a bioretention pond and a parking lot. The 2,800 SF addition includes a multi-use room with operable partition, conference room, and storage.

The site was very small, so the schedule was developed with only a few subcontractors working at a time. We planned the project work for the summer months, but also included a contingency plan. The renovation was completed before school resumed, while work on the addition continued with no impact to students and was completed under budget.
