The Terano is a multi-family, mixed-use, residential building adjacent to a metro station. It will consist of approximately 206 apartment units and 35,000 SF of retail space. It will be one story of concrete podium and four stories of stick-built residential units. Orr Partners anticipates LEED Silver certification for this property.
