Orr Partners provided development management services for the design and construction of USP’s sustainable corporate headquarters and consolidated laboratory facility at their existing campus. This award-winning project included

• state-of-the-art analytical and wet chemistry labs,
• a 16,000 SF meetings center with a 273-seat auditorium,
• a volunteer lounge,
• five meeting rooms,
• a training center and
• a below-grade parking structure for approximately 365 cars.
