Orr managed the full interior renovation and expansion of an existing tennis and fitness center. Key upgrades included a new commercial washer and dryer and DirecTV throughout the space including a clean connection to 24 pieces of fitness equipment. During these upgrades, a small existing telephone/ data closet had to remain operational with no downtime. The construction zone was adjacent to four indoor tennis courts that remained in use throughout the project, so extra measures were taken to maintain a safe environment.
