Orr managed the build-out of Yelp’s new office in Washington, DC under an aggressive schedule — design, permits and construction completed in seven months! The new office was designed with wide open sightlines and DC-themed style to encourage collaboration, energy and excitement.

With a San Francisco-based client, Orr led virtual meetings and video conferences to keep Yelp up-to-date on the project. To meet the tight deadline, Orr coordinated face-to-face meetings with DC permitting officers and acquired the building permit in less than one month. The final office includes all the Silicon Valley amenities — a barista station, “chill-out” spaces, a game room, etc.
