As the Managing Director – Pacific Northwest, Anette leads Orr’s presence in the region. She brings a thoughtful, owner focused approach to managing complex construction projects from early planning through completion as a senior principal in the firm. With formal training in architecture and hands on experience in general contracting, Anette offers clients a well rounded perspective that bridges design intent, constructability, and execution.

Anette’s career spans a variety of project types and her work reflects a deep appreciation for collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful problem solving. Clients value her calm, organized approach and her commitment to representing their interests at every stage of a project.

Outside of work, Anette enjoys golfing, cooking, and caring for plants. She loves exploring new destinations whenever possible with her husband and two children. Born and raised in Hamar, Norway, Anette relocated to Dunstable, MA as a teenager and began her professional career in the Boston area. She later moved to Alexandria, VA, and now resides in Seattle, WA.

Anette holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
