This annual event honors the recipients of the Community Leader Awards.
After two years online, USGBC National Capital Region was thrilled to return for an in-person A Midsummer Night’s Green celebration at the Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. on July 21. Industry leaders and sustainability advocates from across the region gathered to honor the recipients of our 2022 Community Leader Awards, which recognize the people and projects leading the way to a greener future in “the DMV.”
The recipients include both our Project Awards, which recognize high-performance, healthy design, construction and operations, and our Green Leader Awards, which honor individuals and organizations demonstrating exceptional commitment to USGBC’s mission in the D.C. community.
