Previously in the government contracting and marketing industries, Mattie pivoted to construction management and real estate development when she joined Orr Partners. She brings a unique project management perspective and supports clients and the Orr team from the pre-construction phase through project closeout. She highly values building long-lasting relationships and delivering successful projects.

Originally from New Orleans, Mattie has ridden in multiple Mardi Gras parades and is always looking for a new recipe or cocktail to try. She also enjoys hiking, running, and Pilates, has a never-ending travel list, and has lived in Spain and Australia. She currently lives in Ravensworth, VA with her husband, Sean, and 11-pound Bichapoo terror known as Blu.

Mattie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
