Sean is a results-driven Project Manager with nearly a decade of construction management experience. His broad project experience spans technology, education, government, private, commercial, and corporate markets. Sean has successfully taken on a variety of duties including budget management, owner-vendor/general contractor selection, and mitigation of construction coordination issues. He enjoys working with clients in the Washington DC metropolitan area through all stages of the construction life cycle, so the project stays under budget and on schedule.

Sean was born in Sparta, New Jersey, and raised in Frederick, Maryland. Sean now resides in Washington, DC with his wife, Blair. Outside of work, Sean’s favorite things to do are spend time with family, soak up the sun at a beach, and cheer on his Penn State Nittany Lions. When the workday ends, Sean enjoys long walks around Washington, DC, admiring the history and architecture of our nation’s beautiful monuments with his wife and their beloved sheepdog, Gigi.

Sean graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association NAIOP DC/MD Chapter.
