Amy’s significant depth of expertise and technical knowledge in general contracting has been a tremendous asset to Orr and our clients. She has a deep understanding of best construction practices. Her attention to detail ensures her projects are built in accordance with specifications. Amy has over 25 years of experience ranging from medium to large-scale commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family developments. She is a strong leader who is always looking for the best way to complete projects on schedule and within budget.

When not at work, Amy enjoys boating and beaching, simple carpentry and DIY projects, pickleball and tennis, and gardening. She was born in New Jersey, raised on Long Island and in Sudbury, MA. Attending Georgia Tech bought Amy down south. She spent a stint in Nashville, TN where her two boys were born. She has now resided in Savannah GA for 35 years.

Amy has a Bachelors of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee State.
