Scott is involved in all aspects of the operation from relationship management, staffing and corporate governance. His role allows him to interact with a variety of people in the business from site superintendents to CEOs. It is the relationships he has formed that he values the most.

Scott was born in Washington DC, but raised in mostly in Middletown, MD. It was there that he developed a love for the outdoors and became an avid fisherman and golfer.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from Ithaca College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maryland College Park.
