As an Acquisition and Development Associate, Wyatt is an integral piece of the development team taking part in the full life cycle of all projects. He leads the team in sourcing and underwriting new opportunities on the East Coast, and is heavily involved in the capitalization, entitlement, permitting, design, and construction of all projects.

Prior to joining Orr Partners, Wyatt worked for a boutique apartment and condominium developer in Washington, DC and also has previous experience as a multifamily investment sales broker.

Wyatt is a native of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and an avid South Florida sports fan. He enjoys traveling, golfing, collecting wine, and spending time with family. He lives in Falls Church, VA with his wife and son.

Wyatt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Villanova University.
