Ken Nisula
Sr. Project Manager
Ken has worked as a Project Manager for over 27 years. His experience ranges from facilities management to commercial development to high-end residential work. He even spent several years as a Principal for a general contractor. He is responsible for every aspect of developing projects including managing design consultants, permit acquisition, constructability / plan review, construction oversight, and final delivery. His extensive background in the field facilitates his ability to identify potential problems and find creative solutions to keep projects on time and on budget.
When not at work, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and their three adult children and four grandkids enjoying the outdoors. Whether in the woods, at the lake, or on the bay they love hunting, fishing, and relaxing. Originally from Rockville, MD, Ken has lived in Connecticut, Upstate NY, Boston, and Chicago, before settling down in the Frederick/Mount Airy area of Maryland in the early 2000’s.
Ken has a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University.
