Matthew is responsible for real estate projects from start to finish — interview to close-out. He works directly with his clients to establish their objectives and game plans a strategy for their project (reporting, budget set-up, schedule requirements, etc.) to help them achieve their desired outcome. Matthew provides expertise in design decisions and options, permit submission, budget management, and schedule expectations in a reasonable, realistic, and rational way. During a project, he is in constant communication with the client, architect, general contractor, and owner vendors so they know exactly what is going on at any given time.
In his time off, Matthew likes to play golf, exercise, and play with his kids.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a Minor in Economics from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.
