Kerem is responsible for managing projects through the entire development lifecycle, including entitlement, design, and construction. He takes immense pride in delivering innovative solutions and building strong client relationships, leading to numerous successful multifamily, office, senior living, retail, and institutional projects. 

When not managing projects, Kerem enjoys playing golf, volleyball, and pickleball, as well as hitting the slopes to ski. He was proud to be a practice player for the women’s volleyball team and likes to think he contributed to their three national championships during his tenure. Originally from State College, PA, Kerem currently lives in Centreville, VA with his wife Macy.

Kerem holds a Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
